For whoever's organizing: you found the date, now skip the planning. The whole weekend happens on one private property, so nobody's splitting hotel rooms or coordinating cars. Slow mornings, a pool that's actually yours, a fire pit at night — and if it's an Aggie game weekend, an easy hour to Kyle Field and back. It's a great fit for a whole family headed to the game — grandparents to grandkids, everyone under one roof, and no hotel-room math. Mix and match; every nearby stop is a short drive and we'll help you line it up.

Shop the galleries and antiques at Round Top — "Texas's version of Aspen" — or keep it close with Bellville's historic square and boutiques.

Back to the farm and the 25-yard pool — no crowds, no strangers, just your group and the Texas afternoon.

An easy hour to Aggie football in the SEC. Bring the whole family or the whole tailgate — drive up together for the game, then head back to your own place instead of fighting for a hotel.

Home to 70 quiet acres, dinner on the grill, and the game replayed a dozen times around the fire. Hot tub for whoever's still up.
