A. Up to 25 guests sleep comfortably across two guest suites and four private cottages, each with its own bath. Outdoor seating and dining are set for 25 as well, so the whole group gathers together.

A. Yes — a full commercial kitchen with seating and place settings for 25. There’s genuine room for families and groups to cook and gather together, whether you’re doing a big group dinner or bringing in a caterer.
Q: Can we hold a business meeting or presentation there?
A. The Lodge is built for it: seating for 25, a smart board for presentations, and dedicated 500 Mbps internet. Teams run a real working session by day and have a competition pool, fire pits, and 70 private acres for everything after.
Q: What is there to do on the property?
A. A 25-yard competition pool and a hot tub for 12, fire pits for evenings, a tomahawk range, and a stocked pond for fishing — plus 70 acres of Texas country to walk, gather, and unplug in. The point of the place is time together, away from everything.
Q: Is the property accessible for grandparents or guests with mobility needs?
A. Yes. The main lodge has an elevator, so every generation can gather comfortably — one of the reasons Whispering Trees works so well for multi-generational family reunions.

RATES & STAYS
Q: What does it cost to rent Whispering Trees?
A. Renting the entire property starts at $1,750 per night, plus a one-time $250 housekeeping fee. That’s the whole farm — all 70 acres, both suites, four cottages, and every amenity — reserved for your group alone. Reach out with your dates and group size and we’ll confirm.
Q: Is there a minimum-night stay?
A. Yes — a two-night minimum.
Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. We’re happy to be flexible when we can — just ask.
Q: Do you require a deposit? What's the cancellation policy?
A. No deposit required to book — and you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before check-in. We want you to reserve with total confidence.
POLICIES
Q: Are pets allowed?
A. We’re a working farm — home to donkeys, horses, and cattle — so for the safety of your pets and our animals, we ask that you leave four-legged family members at home.
Q: Can we host an event with more guests than the 25 who stay overnight?
A. Absolutely. Your stay sleeps up to 25 overnight, and additional day guests are welcome for a reunion, celebration, or gathering. If your total group will climb above 50, just give us a heads-up in advance so we can plan for parking and make sure everyone’s comfortable.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A. The indoors are completely smoke- and vape-free. You’re welcome to step outside.
Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A. Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own.
Q: Is catering or staff included, or do we arrange our own?
